It was our first time going to this restaurant it was recommended over another Buffet place and it was very clean and smell delicious but they were very stingy with the food like the price was $14 for Buffet but they were slacking I'm bringing out like the king crab legs at Dungeness crabs a lot of stuff we just like sitting there damn want to keep refilling the buffet so it was our first and it will be our last but we tried it

They have never been a “great place”, but I’ve been going there for atleast the last 15 years, certainly dozens of times, but this time will be the last.
A cockroach crawled up the wall next to my wife and I. When I called the waiter over, she was very fast to kill it with a napkin, and she didn’t seem to be shocked, so it seems to me that they know they have an infestation.

I will not be coming back to "Mr Wok Chinese Buffet". I arrived at 6:15pm on January 26th and before I could even take a seat and look at the soft drink choices they have, I was bombarded with this woman who was showing us our seat asking what we wanted to drink. First time I felt rushed. We got to dessert around 7:30pm. Finished up and paid our bill. Now 7:50, we get up to leave and the woman (who has been taking our dirty plates) comes over, looks at the table and say "no tip"? Excuse me..... That is absolutely not professional to ask customers concerning a possible tip if it is not apparently visible on the table. Honestly, it wasn't what she said but how she said it. I followed up her question with a firm NO due to her unappealing attitude and lack of customer service. The next actions occurred: she throws plates of food together, stacking them on top of each other. Begins to clear off our table in an aggressive and vigorous manner. Talking under her breath to her self with what I can only assume to be harsh comments about us. I walked out after. Severely disappointed
Food was alright. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Chinese buffet. Good for the price. That's about all the good I can say about "Mr Wok Chinese Buffet".

This is my very first four star review since the one on Yelp about McDonald's. The first place went extremely well. I had chicken nuggets, fries, some ketchup, and a piece of pizza, which, for some reason, tasted like it was frozen. Anyhow, for my second plate, I had chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, three pieces of red Jell-O, and three pieces of orange Jell-O. That was phenomenal! For my final plate, however, I had a cookie, a chocolate cake, a coconut cake, a cheesecake, a cream puff, and a creme-brulee. The flan, however, was smelly. I also had chocolate ice cream to finish it off. To drink, I had Mountain Dew. The place was a little bit messy, but, overall, I liked it. 4-star rating in a while!

My family eats here regularly. The food and service is always good. The restaurant however is dated. The paint is starting to really show its age. The booths and carpet as well. Still a great place for the family. More

Everytime we go the food is great! It's what you would expect from a China Buffet, $15 for all you can eat. They have sushi, shrimp, crab, mussels, and clams, and of course all the usual Chinese food fare plus a selection for kids with Mac and Cheese and pizza. There's ice cream and fruit too. We recommend!

Absolutely disgusting. Soup was hard & sticking to the side, pepper steak was chewy. All the food was old when I asked when fresh food was coming out the owner had no idea. The seafood had mold, and the sushi was not cold.

I've been to many buffets. This one was not a top contender. Upon entrance it just reminds you of needing renovation bad. The food is tolerable. Some of it was overcooked. Was missing some key dishes for me. Was able to serve myself with gloves and mask. One of the bars and hibachi are closed. It's dark and very dingy. I gave 2 stars because customer service was OK. I most likely would not return nor recommend this place to anyone. I've had way better. And they only been open a few hours. Definitely tasted like we were fed leftovers from last night with some of the food. The bathrooms def make you think twice about eating. Don't go in there first. You're better off searching a little harder... overall this place is a no go.
